In order starting with least favorite:
Charlie Moore
Roland Martin
Shaw Grigsby
Getting Schooled with JP DeRose
Fishing University
Scott Martin Challenge
All 6 (with the exception of Charlie Moore) "could" be decent shows if they talked a lot less about their products, and talked a lot more about fishing theory, patterns, techniques, and show actual depths, lake maps, and why they chose to fish there at that time. Somebody should sit with a stopwatch one day and time each of the shows for actual fishing and explanations of what they are doing. I bet all 6 don't add up to 20 minutes of usefull air time in my opinion. (Only thing that would help Charlie's show, is if they replaced him, because I know he won't shut up.)
Well said!!! Whatever happened to Freddy Grant? Anyone remember him? He would explain the areas he was fishing and why the fish were there and at the end of the show he would show you on a lake map the places he was fishing.

Don't mind charlie moore and like honey hole cause it's local and I can see some stuff you don't see on the "big name" shows

Can't take Roland anymore and Grigsby kinda makes me throw up in my mouth a little.
 Now THAT is funny. I agree. I hear Shaw is just a great guy to talk to, but his show makes me insane. What happened to Day on the Lake? The TV version of the Bassmaster column? I loved that show! And Mark Zona is genius. WGFS is the best on TV. But what's with the repeats already??

I believe its called Bass Edge with Aaron Martens. Cant stand his laugh. Worse then Ike's yelling and thats pretty bad. It's Aaron Martin, not Aaron Martens. Aaron Martens is a BASS Pro and doesn't have a show yet ( I would love to see one where he goes to public lakes only on Saturdays). Even if the guy on Bass Edge is goofy he at least tries hard to give a little info. He does have strong guests that often save the show. "aw man the locals are all over my good spot".....It was pretty funny when skeet predicted he would be doing that, and the camera cuts to Aaron Martens doing it.

Charlie Moore's shows hands down. He has a bass fishing show on NESN (part of the regional Fox Sports Network). I've tried to watch because I've fished the northeast quite a bit but it is a mental beating.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

Most of the fishing shows suxs now of days.
I really liked "Schooled by Denny Brauer"
I rarely watch any fishing shows, Try to watch Honey Hole if they are fishing a lake I am interested in.

Zona's show is greatness. Where else can you hear "Baby Cub"?
Also, couldn't deal with Orlando Wilson back in the day. The theme song was a kick in the nuts every time it came on.
And Charlie Moore's wife is a hot. They did a show from the Cayman Islands and it was their anniversary and she spent the entire show in a bikini. I think they fished for something, just can't recall...
