Not enough veges or fiber so I was literally pooping rocks when I could get them out. The night sweats from your body working so hard to break down all the meat was uncomfortable. Even with moisture wicking sheets and fans I would wake up soaking with sweat. Cholesterol was through the roof. So I stopped and gained all the weight back and then some. Now I am starting Keto again, but I have added a lot more veges to my diet and averaging 10,000 steps per day. Down 20 lbs in 3 months and feels healthier.
