bassfishinglawyer TFF Celebrity Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 5,422 McKinney, TX	I fished in the Gilmer area last weekend in ponds and lakes from 18 - 300 acres and there were very few left on the beds. I was surprised at how fast it seems to have gone this year. There were still a few but very few.

Hookem TFF Guru H Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 18,297 Central Texas	We've caught a few spawners the last few weeks on GT. Only one good one so far at 5.5lbs. Missed a couple of others at 4+. Have seen zero beds so we assumed they bedded deeper. Temps have been 58-66 most days. This weekend is our last trip there if we don't find some action. It has been a dink fest.
