Uncle Coyote is a good dude. Speaking of which what happened in clean Sequin today. Double homicide? WTH

Yeah, thats a weird deal. That couple was helping the shooter/ doctors mom move some furniture, and he decided to shoot them in front of their kids. GCSO has been pretty quiet about it.

After reading this post, a friend of mine came over to visit several years ago (lives outside London) and took him to a Round Rock Express game and pulled up and took off 9mm Glock 26 I had concealed and hid in underseat. Can't take um in the ballpark. Thought he was going to have a heart attack. Sight of the pistol unnerved Him to say the least. Wuss! Never told him I had a Seecamp 32 in my boot. I like to be protected.

You do not have to be a citizen, you can hold a Resident Alien card and that would qualify you as well for retail purchases, covered on question 12 d and 18 c on the 4473, as a tourist you may be limited.

There's nothing stopping a tourist from shooting a gun, right? Like if Mouldy were to visit the states, and he ended up hanging out a chickenman's house, Mouldy could go outside and shoot one of the guns and be all legal, right?

Don't ask don't tell, I presume probably yes maybe no problem....,

Take a mans head clean off.

(4) knowingly sells a firearm or ammunition for a firearm to any person who has been convicted of a felony before the fifth anniversary of the later of the following dates:

(A) the person's release from confinement following conviction of the felony;  or

(B) the person's release from supervision under community supervision, parole, or mandatory supervision following conviction of the felony; &#8201

Am I reading this right? A felon can have their gun rights back 5 years after completion of whatever the state deemed punishment? Surely not?

Not picking on you or being mean, but that is why you all now have a problem with stabbings and slashings. Bad people will find a way to take advantage of, or abuse, good people who comply with the laws. And then you also have the immigrant problem, but that's another thread entirely.

What's the statute you got that from? I'm curious to read the whole thing.

Ive heard this rumor before I think you have to right an appeal to the state and been a model citizen since the conviction.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.
