Come on over here to Seguin, TX, USmf'inA, I will take you to the gun range, we will shoot guns until your mama calls you home for dinner (its dinner, not supper, by the way). Nobody that works at the range is going to care at all where you're from, nor will they ask for any identification. The cops are highly unlikely to come busting the place open on a raid, and I don't reckon we will stop a cop on our way out of there to tell them that you're from the losing team.
Uncle Coyote is a good dude. Speaking of which what happened in clean Sequin today. Double homicide? WTH

Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.

After reading this post, a friend of mine came over to visit several years ago (lives outside London) and took him to a Round Rock Express game and pulled up and took off 9mm Glock 26 I had concealed and hid in underseat. Can't take um in the ballpark. Thought he was going to have a heart attack. Sight of the pistol unnerved Him to say the least. Wuss! Never told him I had a Seecamp 32 in my boot. I like to be protected.

Depending on the state, pretty easy if you can pass the The National Instant Criminal Background Check.
If you are an American citizen, can lawfully own a firearm, and choose to purchase from an individual vs a dealer, a private sale is pretty fast. You do not have to be a citizen, you can hold a Resident Alien card and that would qualify you as well for retail purchases, covered on question 12 d and 18 c on the 4473, as a tourist you may be limited. There's nothing stopping a tourist from shooting a gun, right? Like if Mouldy were to visit the states, and he ended up hanging out a chickenman's house, Mouldy could go outside and shoot one of the guns and be all legal, right? Don't ask don't tell, I presume probably yes maybe no problem....,

And thats what were fighting about. Not just the right, but the responsibility to protect yourself and your family. Half of the population believes your way is right. Just rely on the police in case of bad guys. This... I may aswell shoot and kill the bad guy if I'm going to jail for busting his nose with some wood. By the way I did come first shooting clays on my stag do If you truly are looking for home protection.... I recommend the 3 inch magnum buckshot from one of these link Take a mans head clean off. 1 oz slug 3 1/2 shell, repaint the walls black

(4) knowingly sells a firearm or ammunition for a firearm to any person who has been convicted of a felony before the fifth anniversary of the later of the following dates:
(A) the person's release from confinement following conviction of the felony;  or
(B) the person's release from supervision under community supervision, parole, or mandatory supervision following conviction of the felony;
Am I reading this right? A felon can have their gun rights back 5 years after completion of whatever the state deemed punishment? Surely not?

Handguns have had a total ban here since 1996 Not picking on you or being mean, but that is why you all now have a problem with stabbings and slashings. Bad people will find a way to take advantage of, or abuse, good people who comply with the laws. And then you also have the immigrant problem, but that's another thread entirely.
