Finally able to make it out and get some fishing in today. Met my good friend and fishing mentor
KungFu Jimmy who was already into them when I showed up. I was fishing with a tandem(swimming shiner
up top and slab on bottom) and stop counting after 10 times I had 2 fish on. Most were undersized
but did end up with 23. It's been months since I last fished(early June) and it felt great to feel
that tug again. Also met Jason and his father for the first time. Nice fishing with you gentlemen
and I look forward to it again real soon! Be safe and tight lines everyone. fish

today evening fishing at lavon by my self,feeling like a home alone,no body there until 7 pm i leave,wind was calm,but caught 4-5 crappie and 13 sandy keeper all release. fish

Nice one KFJ. I wish I would have caught a few of those along with the sandies when we were out there last week.
It's supposed to rain Friday but my plan is to head out there if it doesn't. I'll txt you before I head that way.
