I totally agree with you. I wish you had received better customer service from the USPS after the fact.

I think their insurance is just a legal scam to increase government revenue. How can you pay insurance to cover this and get denied? What was the reason they gave for the denial?

they just say tracking number shows it was delivered. I think their insurance is just a legal scam to increase government revenue. How can you pay insurance to cover this and get denied? What was the reason they gave for the denial?
