 Stolen Legend V20 Tactical - HELP!!!!

My wife; soon to be ex stole my OD Green (w//Tan US Army Stars on the consoles) bass boat yesterday and did $10K in damage. Pleas PM if you saw her on Texoma or an area lake. As a disabled vet who earned this boat the right way, she is killing what I love to do for spite.

Horrible story-hope you get it back. A boat fitted out with those colors should be easy to spot.

Until you are divorced or have papers in Texas she has rights to it. I would hide it.

Unfortunately, as long as your still married, she can set the boat on fire and there is nothing legally you can do to her. Hopefully, she will come to her senses and return the boat undamaged. Divorce can bring out the worst in people.

That's horrible. Even if you are still married she cannot damage property that you both have an interest in. Report this to the police.

Might double check with a lawyer on this, but I believe if she's been living "in her own place for 3 months", you're considered legally separated & she is not allowed to take things from your property without your permission.. She has to go through the legal system..

You said "Soon to be EX" but didn't mention if you or her have filed for divorce yet. If not I hate to say but legally its her boat too. If a divorce petition has been filed and you or her have been served then all assets should be frozen but sadly still a grey area unless specified weather she can possess the boat or not. I went though this a few years ago and knew my soon to be EX at the time was bat poop crazy. Thankfully I had a friend who let me keep my toys locked up at his place until all the dust settled.
