With the controversy over sitting/standing/showing respect in the privacy of your home, sitting in your lounger, drinking your beer, waiting for the game to start, what do you do when the National Anthym is played?

I remove my hat . Then I look and if I see one sitting or a fist in the air I turn the channel.

If I owned a team any s.o.b, that did not stand would never get another penny from me. I'm 70 and have no tole rance for disrespect to old glory.

I was unaware of any problem or controversy about what folks do in their home before a game-

Hell, most of the time when they play the anthem for a football game, they put a commercial on..

I'd tell my O and D lines to surround them so no one can see them.

Refusing to stand hand over heart should be considered treason. Traitors should be hung. That would stop it real quick.
