 Opinions on 2007 mercury optimax

Am looking at a clean used boat with a 2007 200 horse optimax. I have never run a merc are they dependable etc.

The question is, is this motor good? I normally can tell a lot about a motor by looking at how the owner took care of the boat but it is always best to have history pulled up and motor checked yourself. I always tell people looking at a boat to take it to the lake for a day after getting boat and motor checked out.
