Now that the restriction on color has been lifted just make em from pool noodles it cheaper just don't use orange that represents a Commercial Jugline

Pool noodles and a length of PVC pipe is all you need.
Doesn't get much simpler or cheaper than that!....Unless you go old school with the Clorox bottles.
