Metroplex Bass Club will be having it's Annual Open Tournament on Lake Bridgeport on July 25th. Sign Ups and live well checks at Wise County Park from 4:30 AM until 6:00 AM, July 25th. First cast and weigh-in times will be provided to you at signups. 1st Place is Guaranteed $1,000, 1st Place Big Bass - $300, 2nd Place Big Bass - $100, and Lady Angler - $100. Paying 10 places based on 50 Entries.
Tournament entry fee is $100 per boat with 2 person maximum. Call Ronny Ammons at 940-627-4574 or email rammons@rgahomecare.com for more information. Click on bottom link for entry form.

I heard a rumor that we can enter this tournament and the Devon tournament that's out there the same day is there any truth to this? If so we are are in for both.

Yes, you can fish the both tournaments! Metroplex changed their rule on Kentucky Bass to no minimum length to match the Devon tournament. Metroplex Bass Club will have first cast at 6:00 am and last cast at 2:00 pm. Must be in line with fish to weight in by 3:00 pm.
