The University of Texas at Austin will be hosting the 2nd Annual Longhorn Invitational on Lake Austin March 21. Last year we had a great turnout and Lake Austin lived up to its big fish name. Last year 16/21 boats weighed over 15 pounds and it took almost 27 to win. We also saw a 12 and a 9 pound fish weighed.

This year we have a great payout set-up with a traditional 80% payout, but we have also secured prize packages from Costa, McCain Hi Performance Rods, and Cabelas College Fishing. It should be a great tournament, as this time of year Lake Austin kicks out a lot of big fish.
