You may get better results if you post this in the Crappie Section. Here in the San Antonio area the Crappie bite has been fair to good. We are finding em on the Guadalupe River in 12 to 24 feet of water holding by brush piles. Jigs and Minnows are working well. Good luck.

There is also an Angler who goes by "Ketchn" who post here often in this section.  He targets Crappie a lot in the Ft.Worth Area.  I am sure you will get a response for him soon or a later. He can give you current reports.  He is one "Crappie Catching Machine"!

and yet still ...I KNOW KNEW or have KNOWN..... NOTHING I hear you know just about every Crappie in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area by name! I do know that all the Crappie know about the "Out Law Ketchn Wells"! "Kaboom"!
