nothing touches an old mitchel 300 302 reel i have some that are over 40yrs old and they are still running like champs

I just wish for a modern spinning reel of high quality that has a rear drag like the Cardinal 3 and 4 that Zebco used to make.

My Fin-Nor OS95 is ugly, heavy, big and just built like a tank. The drag is way more than you need, line capacity is the largest in these type reels, almost 500 yds of 100# braid.
