Me and a buddy of mine went without much luck. We fished from 6:30-11:30 and only caught 4 keeper sandbass. How did everyone else do?

Sandies schooled for almost two hours (6:30AM to 8:15AM) off the Windsock Point. Tiny Torpedos, RSR Tail Spinners and Rat-L-Traps would get you a limit. Not much activity on the Main Lake after the early Top Water.

Saw four or five boats out today. Guess the weather frightened folks off.

Fish are scattered and a bit difficult to find.

Good Luck!

I guess we just got there late. I'm pretty sure we fished next to you for a little bit. We were in a white cc. We first tried where the water is pouring into the lake over the damn on the opposite side of the lake and then we headed back near the 287 bridge with no luck there either.

Best bite was early. Ones and two in the cove where I saw you Guys from 8:15AM till I left them around 9AM. Birds kept working but too many small Hybrids and very few Sandies after the Top Water ended.

No fish on the "Waterfall" in the past month. Guessing it will probably be Fall before they're back in there.

We were out Sunday morning. The hybrid bite was strong early (Sunup to about 9:30) at the wind sock. After that we found some small but hungry pockets of white bass in 17-22 ft off of 309. Seems like the easy limits over by the water fall are done for the time being. I only get to fish on weekends but I have yet to see any significant topwater action.
