Full transparency disclaimer: This is taking place of the fishcrackhead event that was cancelled for those that still want to fish.

I will get the full rules up ASAP but plan on this being the standard competitive kayak fishing rules that govern most tournaments with these highlights:

Picture of best 5 fish, 14 inch minimum. Largemouth, smallmouth, guads or spots.
Unique identifier assigned the morning of the tournament must be present in all pictures
We will follow the standard mouth open, bottom lip touching, non-pinched tail method for measuring fish in 1/4 inch increments, rounding down.
Hawg Trough or Check It Stick for measurements. The adjustable plastic Plano one will not be allowed because, well, it is adjustable.
$20 Dollar entry fee, 100% payback, multiple places paid dependent on number of anglers, big bass pot included
No off limits

Check-in starting at 5:15AM, First Cast at 6:15AM, scorecards have to be back on the table by 12:01 or angler will not be allowed to enter fish.

The key here is to relax, have fun and have a shot at winning a little lunch money. Depending on participation we can continue these monthly at different venues to accommodate driving distances for everyone.

Dang it I had to get rid of my yak not long ago. I'll be there like every Saturday in my tube. I think some guys will be very impressed at the size of some of the pigs in this place. They're hard to catch but they are present. Good luck guys

Pigs eh? Hope you're right. I've fished this lake many times and each have resulted in a dink fest. Maybe it's me but I haven't been able to have much luck at SL. Good to know that you've had success.

I say pigs meaning 7lb is about the biggest ive caught. lots of 5 and 6 in there also.
