Caught this this weekend in Port Aransas on a fishing trip...

We didn't have a clue what it may have been but some kind of prawn.

What is it?

Lol not a mantis shrimp. Not 100% sure but it looks like a tiger shrimp. They live there and get over a foot long.

I believe it is a mantis shrimp. Here is a pic of a free swimming one at South Padre that I took this past fall.
