Hey guys I am new to kayak fishing, only been out a few time on the yak. One of which I snagged a 7 1/2 lb largemouth out at the LBJ grasslands! I am a recent Texas A&M grad and just moved back to the Keller/Ft.Worth area.
I am looking for some guys to go out with who already know the sport or who are just getting into it. I am planning on making a trip out to Lake Ray Roberts this coming weekend and wouldn't mind company, aside from the fish lol.
Feel free to PM me if you want to make a trip around the dfw aread or further, I am willing to travel about an hour.

I am gonna try to go to texoma. If that falls through im in for ray roberts. We can't decide, either taking yaks to roberts or going to the boat on texoma Saturday. Where about on tex are you going

Sounds good, let me know if your thinking Ray Roberts. What are you going to be fishing for on Texoma? Striper. I dont know much about catchin em but have caught a couple. Welcome to join. A striper is an awesome fight in a yak.
