The smile on my face is so big, it actually hurts as I type this up. These are going to be awesome, and will come with some bragging rights.
The first Dunlap Thursday Nighter is this Thursday April 24th. We will be running the first one out of the I35 ramp until the improvements at River Bend Park are complete, which could be as early as next week. Look for the big Academy tent for registration.
The $3500 in guaranteed cash carried over, free Entrys for the TTZ trail next year are still available for our Angler of the Year, and both the weekly and championship pots are about to grow.
We'll be under the bridge at 5'ish for anyone that wants to show up early and partake in cold beverages, and we'll be under it again polishing off the complimentary Michelob Ultra and Bud Light at the weigh in. I think I'm going to need to bring more free beer.
All I can say is, I wish I owned a Skeeter right about now.
