Maybe it's the double dose of allergy medicine this morning clouding my memory, but several people have mentioned stumbling across some very "bassy" looking water and it's going to take some weight to win this week and the foreseeable future. Eh, and if not, it could be worse...you could be fishing Amistad or the little bit of water that's left in the heinous Choke Canyon.
Perhaps raising your estrogen levels will get you BIG BASS honors and a win. The first 2 weeks those honors when to Clint Robertson and Sarah McMillan. Nichols/Wright follow up their win with a 2nd place finish and rumor has it, those are multi-purpose fizzing needles in that boat. With my proven track record of suckiness, I'm almost willing to try it.
We'll be meeting at Baja BBQ Shack early for food and drinks as usual around 5:15, at which time you can register early. As always, we'll have the free Michelob Ultra and Bud Light iced down for you at the weigh in!
