American Bass Anglers first tournament of 2014 season will get under way on Coleto Creek on Saturday, January 4th and again on Sunday, January 5th.

Entry fees are $70 plus $5 late fee if you sign up at the ramp. (Late fee waived if joining as a new member!). Annual membership is $25 which also gets you a membership to fishhound.com. For more info ration about American Bass Anglers check out www.americnabassanglers.com

This tournament series is a true draw format in which all non-boaters will draw for their partner at the ramp. Fishing locations are spilt between the boater and non-boater.

If your a boater joining us this season, bring along a friend. That doesn't mean they are guaranteed to fish with you as previously described but does help increase the payouts!

Your competing for cash prizes and points (200 points for a field of 20 anglers) and trying to qualify for the annual National Championship event ( which is held this 2014 season on Old Hickory Lake) on October 23 through the 25th. The winner of the National event will win a brand new Triton fully rigged boat! Pother anglers will cash and prizes.

Hope to see you at Coleto Creek in January.

It is not 5 ft low but only 4.5 ft and you can launch on both ramps still. Was out there Friday.
