The Child Advocacy Center is a child friendly�facility utilized by law enforcement and CPS on investigations of child abuse. They interview children ages 3-17 who have been alleged victims of abuse. Many times it is�a crisis situation with the family. They do what they can to help answer questions with families, set up medical appointment for the child, counseling for child and non offeding family members, offer support group and forensic interviews. What makes this center a little different than others is that we are under the umbrella nonprofit agency of The HELP Center. So their clients can be assisted with other needs as well through their United Way Help Line.

After the interview or sexual assault exam is completed they let the child pick something out to take home with them. They have donations of stuffed animals but beyond that their supply is limited. Our need is for male and female items say ages 10 and up. I would say price range of like 5-10.00.�With it being close to Christmas the selection should be good.
