Can anyone verify whether or not mill creek,Harvey, or 5 fingers ramps or open? Thanks!

Mill is corp and closed.
Harvey is County and is open.
5 fingers - good question. "MIGHT" be open since it is not corp but IF it is in the National Forest then it could be closed.

went to Five Fingers this morning and it is open. Had about 5 trucks and trailers that had launched there.

From what I have gathered and seen, the following ramps are currently open on Sam Rayburn:
Cassell Boykin
Jackson Hill
Harvey Creek
Powell Park
Public @ the dam (although a makeshift barricade was placed there the other day, but don't know if it was just because of the Everstart)
If you know of anymore, please add to this list.

Public is open but you have to access it through the pavillion entrance. Due to a lease aggrement with the pavillion they are allowed to keep access open to it.

Yes, Sandy creek is open. Launched there Friday and Saturday.
