Went to Keller town today. I didn't have any luck (pb reverse lunker). Guy down the bank got a couple of decent size bass. He let me in on his secret. t rigged some yum dinger watermelon/pearl worms. Closest I had was chartreuse pepper which they weren't interested in.
Fish eat things. I'll put things in the water that fish like to eat. I'll attach these things to a hook, line, rod, and reel. How hard can this be?

I talked to a guy this morning that says there has been a group of guys coming out there daily and taking home all the big ones they catch (10 or so a day). I have yet to see them but what was a reliable bass pond has gone crappy in a hurry.

Unfortunately it wasnt empty until very recently. Went to Bear Creek tonight which has given me up to 4lb bass before and it was a bust as well.

Wow. I've lived across from Bear Creek for 23 years. Only thing I've seen pulled out of that is trash.

Not bear creek but the town hall pond. I agree the pond has produced nice bass. This year nothing worth mentioning. Any luck lately with colleyville nature center? I had good luck there last fall.

Yes. I caught before the big pond drop in water level. Have not tried since then. There were good size bass and catfish.
