I have heard there are some BIG sandies in Texoma and wondered if any if you guides offer Sandy trips? Sometimes it's fun to go get in the middle of 3 acres of magnum sandies for an hour.
Just wondering

We do have mags but when they group up on the flats and/or boil it's easy to target them but nothing like t wok. At times we will load up on the shandies but most time it's extra gravy. With that said I'm not downsizing and targeting them either. Big min out west and up north or random flats but the stripers rule texoma. Know that prob not what you wanted to hear.

If you want big sandies wait till about late Oct, Nov, and Dec. Most lakes produce big sandies in the winter. Why I don't know but I have caught very large sandies at Richland Chambers, Ray Hubbard, Tawakoni and Texoma in the winter. I'm sure other lakes produce big sandies as well.

Thanks guys, I'm not dissapointed that they aren't king I was just curious if such a large lake held good schools of them.

Also plus 1 Chris is the man at Striper Express. I am sure he could put me in sandies on Texoma. It's a new lake and seems huge so I wondered if anyone specialized in Sandy trips.
