 Port A fishing help

On my way to port Aransas right now and brought a big salt water pole to fish off the jetties and stuff. What's a bait I could use to catch fish? Not really targeting anything specific, just want to catch fish.

I think Arkansas is land locked unless they have a port on the Missippi.

I would pick up some fresh dead shrimp, you can catch all sorts of fish. Catch some croakers and use for cut bait..

Never heard of missippi either. You know what I meant...Ha Pick you up some mullet, live or dead/ cut. No harm in throwing a few gold/ silver spoons if you have the tackle to do it. Spanish Mackeral are alot of fun. Live bait fishing should be picking up more as the temperature rises.
