I'm new to bass fishing and have never fished cedar creek for black bass! Any suggestions on what to use and where? They say the water is clear at southern end of lake! Please help a girl out!

Thanks but what about the creeks? Caney creek or clear creek at this time of year? And are u saying if water is clear to use green colors? What's the rule of thumb? Clear water ? Stained water? Muggy water?

I would focus on the main lake stuff most fish move to the main lake this time of year. green is a great color for any kind of water but remember dark colors show up better is darker conditions and more natural colors work best in clearer water.

Don't forget deeper docks. Jigs and finesse worms do well.

I caught three nice fish of the caney city bridge last week when we were crappie fishing. All off of brush in 15 feet of water next to the piers.
