Who is going to bring a kid to fish the KCKL Big Bass Tournament at Cedar Creek Lake March 23rd & 24th. I had some very generous donations for the kids this year. My goal is to make sure every kid wins some good prizes again and we are way on our way to do it again. This is a fun tournament for the family. Kids under the age of 16 can fish for only $10 a day and are eligible for all prizes. Last year a youth angler won over $5300 which is not bad for a $10 a day entry fee. We also have people every year to take a kid fishing that normally wouldn't get to fish. There is also $6,000 worth of door prizes for the adults. It only takes one bite and one fish to win. Please make a kid smile.

I have some baseballs to give to the kids signed by the World Series Champions San Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt.

Haven't decided if I am fishing the tournament. If I do it will be my 8yr old son and I.

Still remember a great guy I used to fish against for many years, the late Stanley Stanford, when he caught that 13 lber back in 96.

I have been fishing and helping out with it for about 8yrs and love being involved with it. There are a lot of good people involved with it who make it fun.

I have a nice big box of Mann's Baits and 2 dozen Guy Harvey shirts for the kids that were donated also.

I will be taking my son, he is 15.

My nephew is getting married that weekend, arg, was really wanting to fish it, was not bringing a kid, thought about taking the wife. Really cool to take a kid fishing in a tourney like this, wish i had a grandson or daughter to take.

No your two sons can fish with you. Just as long as your boat guidelines allows 3 people in it. There is a guy that brings two kids every year.
