I have a 1990 200 pro pro craft bass boat. I am wondering if anyone can give me any information on a dash for the boat. My dash on the boat has cracked it's a foam dash and I need to replace it. Can anyone help me. Thanks

I dont know where your located. But there is a place in Dallas called Mar-Lan industries you can google them they have a website. They make wiring harnneses dashes consols & all kinds of stuff for diffrent boat makers. But they have a injection molding machine so they can replicate most of anything when it come to stuff like that.

It can absorb/retain lake/rain water. I totaled a '93 Procraft dual pro model on Amistad that essentially had foam that had absorbed water and boat broke in half after hitting a small wake from another boat.

The foam on the dash has cracked because my key switch went bad and when I went to replace it, it split down the side of the foam. What is the other flotation foam you are talking about located at so I can check it out also? Thanks for the help.

Its all the flotation foam sandwiched between the floor and bottom hull. Kinda of yellow-orange and it gets no longer waterproof and will absorb and hold water.
I first noticed my boat bilge drain would drip water for many days after a trip to the lake or rain. Tiny spider web like cracking appeared in the hull and a few dripped water.
The boat seemed heavy on the trailer and in the water; my hole shot and top speed degraded.
After the breakup, we found the stringers were flexing and broken due to the weight of all the water in the foam.
It was a possible death trap and I never suspected it. The boat looked in great shape to the eye.

I know this is a little off topic but people need to careful about what they buy. 80s & 90s were bad years for a lot of boats. Lots of junk made back then. I cannot say that Procraft led the pack but they were definitely up there. Unfortunately for me it took 2 boat purchases to learn my lesson.
