Bridgeport in the rain and wind.30 fish off one brush pile out of 30 fish 27 were nine and a half inches,so had 3 to take home.Lots of fun though for a new be. Bad part of the day was not getting wet or undersize fish. The bad was as I was getting minnows at Runaway Bay some sob stoled my new ten foot rod out of my boat! Oh well hope he gets a hook in the eye.

The wife and I were at the ramp today but thought it was a little too rough for us today especially since it was gonna be our first time on the lake. We were mainly gonna hit the bridge. I probably would have spent some time looking for brush piles too. I want to give you an atta boy for being out there! Sorry to hear some sorry SOB stole your crappie stick.

Not sure if we're fishing the same pile, but I know the 9.5 feeling all to well out there! Lol sorry about your rod...and if the thief gets a hook in the eye, may it be a double barbed treble!

Sorry you lost your gear fellow angler. I'll say a prayer for the miscreant who took it. Imagine the wretchedness of a life reduced to stealing a fishing rod to satisfy whatever the criminal need was, be it drugs or just a bad person. Either way they need help.
Lots of luck to you on your future fishing endeavors and keep the faith.

How about 180 grains of hot lead??? Works great, so I hear! And definately prevents future problems.
