My brother got 2 weeks leave from el paso, I am planning on taking him out Saturday night to granger. Haven't been doing much fishing in a while been training for my fight on Friday. But how deep are the cats right now and any one been fishing granger?

I've been out there a few times this month fishing from the bank and not had much luck. Taylor and Willis Creek parks. I get lots of bites but not many hookups and only have caught one keeper channel.

Fish were biting Sat night befor the rain came in. I was at the overlook and had the wind in my face. Had worms and a few shad. Channels came on worms and not even a bump on shad.

Caught a limit Wed on the main lake point on rod and reel. WE crappie fished Somerville yesterday and will be back on Granger Friday. Summer time pattern for those cats. Good luck Friday night with your fight.

Fished Fox park yesterday morning and caught 7 blues but all were small, only 10 to 11 inches. All caught on shad.
