I'm so mad I could spit.....

Mowing the lawn this morning and tripped over a utility box while backing up, landed flat on my azz and nearly passed out from pain. Made it into the house and of course my wife was grocery shopping. She got home, took one look at me, and asked if I wanted her to call an ambulance or if I would get in the car. I chose the car...

ER doc decided I have a cracked or broken vertebrae in my lower back. Gotta' go see an orthopedic as soon as I can get in..no lifting or anything of the sort until further notice. I'm assuming that means no boat rides either mad

I'm more than a little PO'ed at myself to say nothing of the pain. Two shots of morphine plus a valium at the ER and I'm not even sleepy...Guess I'll have to live vicariously through ya'll for awhile.

Look on the bright side. At least you didn't drag the mower on top of your foot like I did.

2 Thessalonians 1:6-10
In these verses, there are dire consequences for NOT obeying the gospel. What the world claims as "saved" isn't gonna cut it! Learn what it is, in an eye opening true story, "Muscle and a Shovel", by Michael Shank.

My mother used to say nothing is so bad it couldn't be worse. I thought maybe, just maybe the wind might slow down a little this week and I could go catch some fish....wrong.

Get well quick Mike. I hate to hear that. Had 2 back surgeries myself. Do what they say and you will be fine.

ouch, sorry to hear about your fall. I am too familiar with back pain, do what they tell ya, and hopefully you'll have a speedy recovery

Damn talk about could be worse..... wow. Take care of your back I had surgery on mine about a year and a half ago. Felt great for first year, but after a tough weekend of fishing it tends to get stiff and sore. crazy . But nothing two Aleve can't take care of. Will keep you in my prayers. Good luck with the Dr.

I appreciate the well wishes guys, I don't mean to whine but needed to vent frustration as much as anything.
