you can just weight it with your scales, take measurements and then you have 30 days to get your scales certified to submit

Llanorado lodge in Kingsland used to have certified scales, dont know if they still do. - 325 388 4823

Or call the TPWD district office or local GW and ask them.

Texas Parks and Wildlife Web page. Go to fishing section and then from there Records and Awards section. It has all the information you need. You can even down load the application. The person in charge is Ron Smith and his phone number is listed. There is even a list of certified scales in your area listed. Good luck. thumb
