Please help, if you can, with this last minute effort to find a guide for bay fishing in the Port Aransas area for the Austin Firefighter's Association benefit tournament on June 23rd (2012). We have 8 people to fish in two teams of 4 each, so we will need at least two boats with guides on that day. This may be impossible to find, at this late date, or it may just be difficult. I would call George Herzog in the Ingleside phone book. He's a great fisherman, and he has several guide buddies that will work with him on a deal like yours.

You might also try Captain Jack Culberson with 4alarmfish.com. Jack is probably the best around, in my opinion. I've been with Jack on several trips, and he always put me on the fish. 361-813-4229.

Capt. Jack is one cool guy, no doubt about that.
Good fisherman - lure or bait !
Also one of the most courteous guides you'll find on the water.

Tends to fish further south in the cut and Baffin bay. He will put you on fish.
