Free Lake Fork Memberships for All Anglers

Register On-line, drop off at The Minnow Bucket or Register Saturday morning at The Minnow Bucket beginning at 5:00AM.

With no memberships to pay its a great way to compete while pre fishing for another event or just to give a try at tournament bass fishing for new anglers.

No pre-registration requirements and the only off limits begins at sundown on the day before the event.

Fish with who you want when you want or compete with the same team member throughout the team series for a shot at the AOY race and free entries in 2013 same series.

Its an all amature competition that does not mean there will not be some very competitive anglers, just no BASS Elite or FLW Tour Pros or Active 2012 Lake Fork Guides.

There will be an AOY Race for free entries in 2013 same series for all anglers who maintain same partner throughout 6 tournament series. (exception: the team may substitute one angler per series or fish alone and maintain points for the series AOY race)
Championship Qualification: Fish 4 events to qualify for Sept. 8th Championship.
Stop fishing time for all events is 3:00PM, at that time anglers have until 3:30PM to be checked back in with Diane at the Minnow Bucket Marina Pavilion on the water front.

September 8, 2012 6:40 Lake Fork Spring Team Series Championship-Currently a one day event but could become two days if that is what the members choose. $200 Entry + $10BB Each Day

Lake Fork Solo on Sunday April 29th. Event #3 of 6 events. Fish the remaining 4 events and qualify for September 2nd Championship.
Jr. Anglers competition, no entry tournament for anglers age 16 and under. We had 7 Jr. Anglers at our last event, bring your sons, daughters, nieces, nephews or grandchildren out for a day of fun competition.
$80 Solo Entry Includes BB

Bring those Jr. Anglers out for the Solo. $50 gift card for Jr. Angler BB and plaques for 1st through 3rd place.

Jeremy Williams and Gordon Wells take the win today in the teams with a 9.35lb limit of unders earning them $1400 for their efforts. This was Jeremy's first polygraph test and he passed with flying colors although he did say he was very nervous.
Taking home a check for $700 was Derek Grier and Dustin Hobbs with 9.30lbs.
Third place and $350 went to James Quillman and Thomas Sikes with 8.96 just edging out our fourth place winners Justin Priest and Cassie Scheller with 8.95lbs and big bass of the tournament of 2.29 earning them $300+$230 for BB.
We had a total of 24 teams on this windy Lake Fork day with all but one of the bass being weighed in returned to the water after spending an hour in our live release trailer with a little SureLife rehabilitation.

Lake Fork Solo and Jr. Angler competition tomorrow with registration beginning at The Minnow Bucket Marina restaurant starting at 5:00am.
