Second stop of the 2012 season is up April 7th. �Teams may still qualify for the Championship by fishing the next two tournaments.

1st Place will take home $3,000 Guaranteed and that number will be adjusted upward if we have more than 60 teams competing. �Here's a sample payout for 60 teams.

Entry fee is $150 per team with a $30 membership (per angler) and $10 optional big bass. �Anglers must check in at ramp and register the morning of the event to. �However if you'd like to pay via paypal or credit card we accept those payments. �PayPal can be sent to mark@lonestarseries.com all PayPal funds must be (net) funds so you'll have to pay the fee on your end.

We will be trailering at all events from now on. �Please make sure to review the Rules as we had several teams that pre-fished the week of the event and were not eligible to compete.

Anglers fishing 2 of 3 spring events or finishing in the top 50% of AOY points will qualify for the Mercury Marine Championship on Lake Ray Hubbard June 9th & 10th. �Grand Prize for Championship is a 2012 Nitro Z6 valued over $20,000.

Lake is OFF LIMITS the week of, so get your pre-fishing done this week or this weekend. We had several teams make mistakes prior to Roberts and didn't get to fish.

Also, the weigh in for this event will be at Sneaky Pete's, so you can launch from anywhere you'd like but you'll have to come by Sneaky Pete's for registration the morning of. We will be around back on the patio, so it's easiest to motor over and beach your boat. If you don't want to mess with registration the morning of, then go online and print out your registration forms and fax them in. Must have all faxed entries by Friday at 10PM.

Registration will open at Sneaky Pete's at 5:30am. Anglers may trailer or motor out from there but fishing doesn't begin until 7:00am. Last cast is 3:00pm and scales will CLOSE at 4:00pm so be in line prior to.
