Drove down to look, it has a gate across the road to the ramp but at least i can see water in it now. Hopefully in a few years it will be back. It has been partially re stocked

I have heard of that lake but never seen it. How do you get to it from Hwy82? Did it dry completely up? How big is it when full?

Its a small lake but the bass were 3-4 lb range when it got drained by mistake. It was awesome before that. Im not real sure of acreas. Its the forst county rd on right west of town then a qick right again. TPWD put in a nice little park there. It will be several years before its fishable again

They screwed up and drained all the water out last winter or the winter before. I had been looking forward to fishing it before that. I think they are going to have an engine size restriction but I'm not certain that was just something I was told. Would be better if they make it idle only, especially if they put a nice ramp in.

30 hp limit, some folks have changed their decals on their engines, atleast that is what I have heard, they should just make it idle only, would solve a lot of problems.

$450,000 of taxpayer's money to build a nice ramp and no telling how much money spent on stocking it, TWICE, and I won't be able to put my boat in there. That makes 100% sense. Why did they even build a 2 lane ramp if they are basically just going to let jon boats on it?

What happened to all the fish? Did they let them all die or did they relocate?

How full is it now?

I've got to go look at this thing. Hope it fills back up fast.
