 Another good day on Palestine

Had a couple great guys come and fish with me again on Saturday. We left the marina at 7:30am and went to work right away. We fished till lunch went in for a bite to eat and went back for another hour or so. We ended up with 57 keepers and had a dozen or so dinks. Although we didn't get 75 we had some real good fish to make up for it. Here are a few pics.     After these next few days when the weather get stable the fall bite should be as good as it gets. WTG Clay!  You sure did better than me although I did find a few "Big Girls" just not the numbers you found. Good Job!

I rarely fish with anything other than my hand tied jigs or crazy angler slab bandits. All fish were caught on a jig I tye and pearltruse slab bandits.

Im headed to Palestine Thur or Friday to boat a few 2 or 3 Ibers so Clay will have some real pics.Guys get ready for some big mamma pics anything less than 14 is going back in the lake.This day will be dedicated to showing Stucky and Tdub what real fishin is all about.Ha one rod one jig in hand no trollin or seinin as I call it.Ha Darrell
