Just my top five:

1. Gulp Alive 3" inch Shrimp - Natural, Red Penny, and Pearl (in order)
2. 3/4 oz Gold Spoons
3. Hendon Top Water
4. Any plastic lures 3 to 4" long that are white/pink, reddish, or lime green.
5. Any plastic lures that are 1 to 2", double rigged (like a speck rig.)

I use Gulp Alive nearly 90% of the time.

I mainly use live or dead bait. The last couple of years though, I have started using artificials more. So my list is screwed toward lures that can be fished like live bait.

1. Gulp 3" or 4" shrimp - New Penney and Pearl. (under a cork or 1/4 oz jig.
2. D.O.A. Shrimp - natural colors. (free lined in current or jigged)
3. Gold Spoons
4. She dog or top dog - Black and yellow.
5. Grub jig - yellow with a pinch of shrimp on the hook. (Flounder eat it up, but I have caught the occational speck on it)

I just hook like live shrimp, under a popping cork. Sometimes I use a jig, but most of the time just free line them.

Here lately a Rattle Trap has been my goto. Over the last two weeks I've been catching the "big3" useing Rattle Traps. Also can't go wrong with a silver or gold spoon under most conditions.

I started using these 3 inch gulp live shrimp, 2 weeks agoe.
Ive caught 3 bull reds , 6 keeper reds, one 4 lb trout, and this am i caught a 23lb mack.
I think you can rig anyway you dream, and they work. No more life bait for me
