ive wished i had magic wand or something,this is my third attempt to fix my 1963 johnson 75hp shifting problem how does the wiring go for the shift selnoids/shiftbox and what type of lube should i get if you can help i would be forever gratefull

type c lower unit lube no power to either solenoid is fwd power to one is nuetral power to both is rev

nbtex is describing to u a hydro/electric gearcase. u have a electomatic gearcase if u truly have a 1963!!if the nose is pointed u have an electromatic. mare than likely if it wont shift at all the problem is in the control box.. green wire 12 volts for forward. blue wire 12 volts for reverse... good luck
