Got to my spot @ 930 fished some structure from 14ft to 17ft deep. Caught my first crappie on a jig fishing in these depths(there's is hope for me yet)but mainly used minnows caught 17 keepers and one blue cat and had atleast 20 dinks. Fish were biting thru out the day. I really thought I would walk away with a limit but the wind kicked into high gear and I ran out pedal power. All in all a great outing...can't wait to do it again. 
I may be too sick to work but never to go fshng

I used to stay out of the water when it was windy but not anymore ...well as long as it's not 3 to 5ft waves. Need lots of pedal power though. Good exercise too.lol
I may be too sick to work but never to go fshng

That was the same day I was out there I only caught 6 keepers from the banks. Gotta get me a tube or toon!!
