Hey guys,
This is my 14.5 Tandem Native Ultimate and trailer that I have been working on this winter. I spent a lot of hours on forums and talking to kayak owners about how to rig my kayak. Just a few that I would like to thank are: Yakpaw, Rustymax, joco and youtube HALIBU77. Thanks guys

I will be making a few more posts about the Bassyak conversion and other rigging that I do on this kayak. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. I will answer anything and will help out anyway I can. Be safe on the water this year guys.

You have got that thing tricked out! FYI, you must now register your kayak with TPWD since it's now a motorized vessel.

It looks even better on the water! I met Josh at lake alan Henry for his maiden voyage. I was doing the same with my Native Manta Ray 14. We spent the morning getting used to the kayaks and thinking of little adjustments to be made now that the planning and work part was behind us and we were actually paddling and fishing. Although Josh did a lot less paddling than I did with his ELECTRIC MOTOR. Josh caught the first fish and had to leave at noon. I didn't get a bite all day until around 5:30 at which time I got into some big bass on 4" pumpkin w/green and black Sinkos. I lost one in the brush, played another but never had him really hooked, then got the largest one played and at the side of the boat then lost him. I now have my little diamond hook sharpener around my neck...no more dull hooks. It was a great day, great to meet Josh, and yes I am totally hooked on kayaking. AND I LOVE MY MANTA RAY.
