They were popular in the panhandle years ago. Amarillo would be a place to look. Craigs list and thrifty nickel .

rockhopper here on the forum makes these  I got one from him recently but haven't tried it out yet.In fact, I'm pretty sure I have the one on the picture. It seems very well made and should be perfect for what I'm expecting to use ot for. You can PM him on here or he has a website. floatpros.com
