I am new to this sight and iam looking for some help. I have a boat and need help learning how to use it. My wife will not let me take it out by myself until i learn how to use the boat and my fishfinder so i am looking for anything will work for me. My boat is a 16 monark with a 35 horse.I live in killeen and tues- friday would be good for me any time just would need notce

I am looking for a good spot to bank fish for the big cat real on any lake a round here when I say the big one the biggest i have gotton is a 9 pounder. I am look for the ones in the 20 pound range.this will do me until I find someone to help me learn how to use my boat and fishfinder to go get them.

Hound- did u post in partner section? just put "fishing/boating partner nedded in Killeen Area" for title and put same thing in body as u did here....u'll find some fishing buds I'm sure...

The most important lesson you will learn about your boat is it's limitations Things like weather conditions and occupancy/equipment load are key to having a safe day on the water or not going out at all. If you don't know how to back a trailer up, take it to an empty parking lot and practice backing it up into parking spots. And always make sure the plug/s are in before unloading your boat. Good luck to you and I hope your wife lets you take the boat out soon
