Got two choices....smaller prop or dont take so many fat women fishing at the same time. Seriously, call steve's custom props at Fork.
Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.

need a little more info on that, is this a new to you boat, is this the same prop its run all its life, has this just started, had the tach checked, any difference getting on plane, or has it always felt like it wouldn't pull itself out of a wet paper bag and the more weight you have in the boat, the harder it is to get on plane, lol, just kidding about the bag. do you know what pitch prop your running now?

yeah, and with that 19p, you should be getting more rpms than whats reading on your tach, a list; check throttle linkage to make sure the carbs are opening to wot along with timing advance, run a compression check, check plugs and spark, check the fuel delivery system, and if the tach is correct, and everything else checked out then i'm going to the carbs,

You should have no problem with a 19. Try trimming out some at WOT.

with that 19p you should be around 40 to 45 mph on gps. the 180 is just under 1400lbs so the holeshot is not gonna make you go wow with the 115 but it shouldn't be struggling to get on plane.
heck, just saw that's a new boat, lol, you shouldn't be having any problems, other than maybe your fuel. yes the rpms should be up, if trimming doesn't help, you may need to take it to your service

i agree you should be able to turn that 19p on that boat.
maybe get someone else to drive the boat to verify the w.o.t. rpms, etc.
