The 55th Annual State Tournament will be held at Sam Rayburn at Mill Creek Park Rayburn the weekend of April 10-11. This is an "open tournament" in which anglers in six competitive Divisions (Teams, Couples, Individual, Sr. Team, Adult/Boy and Adult/Girl) vie for trophies and recognition as "Texas State Champion". There is also a Bass Club "Top 6" competition open to all clubs within Texas. Information, rules, and registration materials for this historic tournament are available on www.texasstatebass.com.

If not already pre-registered, you can register at the Mill Creek General Store from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. this Friday. The tackle pack and Saturday meal alone are worth the price of admission. The bonus is the opportunity to compete against some of the state's best anglers in the mother of all open bass tournaments. Join us if you can ----
