What is the best hook and lures for certain fish? I'm fishing from the banks. I'm fishing for Bass, Crappie, and Cat.

Depends on what type of fish and where your fishing at.
Crappie in the creeks right now or fish the marina barges with jigs or minnows.
Bass after a few good sunny warm days try the rip rap areas with crankbaits and slow rolled spinnerbaits. Or burn a lipless crankbaits over flats.
Sandbass. they are starting to show up in the creeks. Use roadrunners. inline spinners. floatinf rapalas or curly tail grubs or minnows.
CAtfish find deeper water and use fresh shad or cut buffalo.
Then everything depends on where your willing to travel to and how far you are willing to walk to find the fish in the creeks

Could you be a little more specific about what you are going after?
