for know:

Rule #1

When there are a bunch of boats on a point... DO NOT CRUISE THREW THE MIDDLE OF THEM WITH YOUR MOTOR TILTED ALL THE WAY UP AT A RPM RANGE OF 2500 TO 3500. DON'T YOU REALIZE THAT YOU ARE CREATING A HUGE FREAKING WAKE AN SWAMPING OTHER BOATS.

This is going to be the "pull your head out your azz and take a look around" thread.

If I offend someone, I don't really care. Bcause if you are offended, that probably means that you are one of the ones that does chit like this.

I will be back, please add to what I have started and I will edit the origianl post. Its time before I start carrying my deer rifle and start sinking boats.

Thank you.

If I may add:

Rule # 2

When someone else is fishing and catching fish, don't idle right up behind them and THROW your rattyazz piece of railroad iron anchor w/ 6' of chain out, making a big splash and all kinds of noise. mad

Too bad the anchor rope didn't wrap around his neck as it played out. thumb

Gman

You just have to remember 50% voted for OBAMMER....35% are bass fishermen....That only leaves 15% with any brain power....

Rule #3 When you sleep late cause you drank way to much the night before, don't anchor 4 feet from the boat on "Your Hole" and talk to your buddy and how people should fish in "your hole" like they cant hear you. (That guy almost got taught a lesion about being polite and not using 4 letter words around kids, Being 6'1" at 220 has perks sometimes...)

I do not have the best language in the world, but a grown man that cusses around kids is a big pet peeve of mine. I'm not small either. And I will embarrass someone real quick, especially if its around my daughter.

When I get home Sunday I want to put this together.

I'm not doing this to be an azz. I want to put something together to actually help people. It seems that a lot people don't understand respect when crappie fishing, and it is time to put it out in the air.

It takes me too long to type on my phone.

But seriously... I want help from all of you on this.

Thanks

I agree, but. You have to remember its a public lake. If you dont like idiots, dont go there. Thats why I quit fishing the bubbles at Grapevine

Very true that these are public lakes, but that should be more of a reason to be on good behavior in the public eye and respect other fisherman.

I was brought up respecting the water, and it seems too many people these days do not.

I appreciate the feedback.

Insanity... Knowing it's going to rain, but expecting a different result.

You cant beleive that if there are people in a public place, that noone is an idiot. If you dont like whats going on, move. Then you dont hear them, or see them.
You just have to learn to deal with it,or avoid it.

Rule #4, When you see a guy fishing with 8 rods out of the front of his boat, don't pass by and throw wakes 8 times in the same day just to see what he is doing. Some guys just don't get it when it comes to throwing wakes and how to avoid or at least how to minimize them.
If you have to come by, go by me as fast as you can so you WONT throw a big wake.

I'm always in a good mood when I'm fishing.

True, but many who we see regularly on the lakes were not. Be thankful that you were taught to respect the water and those on it, and pass it on to whomever you can.

I don't live for the thump, but I sure do like it.
