i have a 95 stratos 201XL with a 225 evinrude intruder i was wondering what the best prop for the boat i would like a good hole shot and still maintain a decent top-end around 65 or so right now i have a power tech 4 blade 25p i have also tried a 27p renegade 4 blade but to no avail any help would be greatly appreciated i heard the best prop was a trophy plus just wondering if you can make it fit a evinrude by changing the hub thingamajig on the prop shaft

26p Raker. or a 27p Tempest.
10 or 12" plate.
set the prop shaft height at 3.75" below pad.

i'd start with some 2" spacers and mount between the plate and engine. that will give ya 8" setback and should make a difference for ya. not to mention it will be cheaper.
