The "Grapevine Tournament Series" will be hosting a "Fall Open Team Tournament" on Lake Grapevine on Saturday November 15th. This event will replace the "Cast-a-Lure-for-a-Cure" benefit that has been rescheduled for March 2009. The tournament will launch from "Katies Woods". Registration will open at 4:00am and the tournament will kick-off at safe light. Weigh-in will open at 2:00pm and close at 2:30pm. Grapevine Tournament Series - Fall Open Team Tournament When: Saturday November 15th Where: Lake Grapevine Ramp: Katies Woods Format: Open Team / Individual (Anglers Choice) Entry: $50 Per Boat + $10 BIG BASS & $10 Jackpot Option This is an "open" tournament - come out for some incredible fall fishing as we close out the 2008 season. Call it what you want.....irregardless, Tejas and I will be there. That still gives me 11 more days of prefishing. Any off limits? We look forward to fishing another one of Scott's great ran tournaments. Okie

Thanks Okie.....as always, there is no off limits so go find 'em. This will be a fun one for sure! Call it what you want.....irregardless, Tejas and I will be there. Scott,
Will we be able to launch and go to our spot? Or are we call'n numbers? How was this weekend, I was out there...Saturday was slow for us but sunday was a little better. Did you guys get any nice overs weighed in?
i still think the best way is fried.

dont know about sunday but sat. it was 9 something first and second and third were around seven im sure scott will have a more accurate post soon the fishing was good i placed third and trew back at least 10 lbs. of slot fish.

We had 20 or so boats on Saturday and it took almost 12 pounds to win.There were some nice overs brought in.Big bass was over 5lbs.
Sunday we had 10 boats.It took over 12lbs to win.The winner had 3 overs with Big Bass of 4lbs something.
Couldn't ask for nicer conditions to fish in.
